Prabhakar (Prabha) Thanikasalam has 16+ years of experience in data, optimization and analytics focused areas for various organizations and industries. This experience includes supply-chain focused analytics in the automotive, food, electronics, consumer goods and clean energy among other industry verticals. Prabha leads a global team of Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Software Developers and Supply Chain Analysts in at Flex. Prabhakar’s responsibility includes setting the vision and execution of the data and analytics needs of the Supply Chain organization. He is a recognized leader at Flex in Data Science & Advanced Analytics initiatives. Prabha holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from Virginia Tech (USA) and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy (Chennai, India).
