About the speaker

Jeff Leek is a professor of Biostatistics and Oncology at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is the co-director of the Johns Hopkins Data Science Lab (https://jhudatascience.org/) that develops educational technologies and programs that have reached more than 6 million people over the last decade. He also leads a research group focusing on using educational technologies and data science to improve the lives and health of people in Baltimore and around the world. Jeff is the co-founder of Problem Forward Data Science, a data science company that does data cleaning and tidying as a service for non-profits, governments, and businesses around the world.
